Oceanfront, Private Dock, Paddle Boards, Feb Pt Access!!

Such an amazing property! We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to make meals at home”home”. The decor and furnishings were gorgeous! The third floor suite was stunning and the swing out on the deck was where my grandchildren met us for coffee each morning. We rented boats instead of cars and that made for an exceptional trip! We fell in love with Exuma and plan to return within the next year and we will definitely stay here again,

Villa Vanderbilt was perfect for my family's week long escape to the Exumas! The home is spacious and flooded with natural light. The decor is exquisite - the epitome of coastal luxury design and everything is extremely comfortable. Ayana, the local concierge, assisted us the entire time, including stocking the home with our favorite US spirits and recommending a local chef, Thaj, to come and cook the most amazing meal for us! Stone crabs, grouper, and lobster were the BEST! We kept our boat at the home all week, so we could come and go as we wanted and enjoyed all of our island bar and restaurant favs! We snorkeled off the dock and also for the first time at Fowl Cay - it was awesome! Every day we were greeted by precious sea turtles at our dock and saw the most magical blue octopus under the dock!! We loved the pool at the home - which was very clean. The entire property was clean and extremely well-maintained. We always love the Feb Point location - and walking to dinner at The Rusty Anchor. We truly love this property so much - I could go on and on about all of the luxurious and thoughtful extras! We cannot wait to come back and stay here again soon! One of our all time favs!!

We loved Vanderbilt Villa! It was a great size for our group of 8 ( 2 sets of parents and 4 adult kids) we loved the big family room area off the kitchen. Perfect gathering spot at the end of each day to eat, play games, and watch the NBA finals all the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfy and having individual AC controls in bedrooms was really nice! We made dinner several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is located in February Point neighborhood and we loved that we had easy access to the February Point beach club and pool. The guys used the house paddle boards and usually ended the day with a dip in our own house pool. Thanks for a great trip!! We look forward to coming back!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! I've stayed in several houses in February Point as well as rented in other destinations. This home is so well appointed and beautifully decorated - every detail was so carefully thought out. Each of the four bedrooms was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had its own access to outdoor terraces plus private bathroom which was perfect for four couples. The terrace off the main level was perfect for morning coffees, afternoon lounging and after dinner drinks. The master suite on the upper level could be compared to a high end resort, with gorgeous high ceilings, exquisite bedding and towels, chaise lounges and a huge terrace with views. Also a plus is proximity to Rusty Anchor. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again!
